Anthony Heald was born in New Rochelle, New York, USA. Was twice nominated for Broadway's Tony Award: in 1988, as Best Actor (Featured Role - Musical), for a revival of "Anything Goes;" and in 1995, as Best Actor (Featured Role - Play), for 'Terence McNally 's "Love! Valour! Compassion!".
